Zero Tolerance Policy
Effective Date: 1 March 2026
At Paul Robins Promotions, we're proud to have built a friendly, welcoming live music community at THE NORTHCOURT LIVE®. The overwhelming majority of our customers simply want to enjoy a great night of live music, and we'd like to keep it that way.
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we operate a zero tolerance policy towards violence, threatening behaviour, harassment, discrimination, crowd surfing and aggressive moshing that places other guests at risk.
Anyone whose behaviour endangers others, disrupts the event or ignores reasonable instructions from venue staff or the Paul Robins Promotions team may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.
Many of our guests have supported live music for decades, while others are attending their very first concert. Everyone has paid to enjoy the show in a safe, friendly and respectful environment. Please look out for one another and help us ensure every event at THE NORTHCOURT LIVE® is remembered for the music—not for the behaviour of a small minority.
One Simple Rule
Don't spoil someone else's night. If you can't treat people with respect, THE NORTHCOURT LIVE® isn't the venue for you.
