Paul Robins Promotions is the official online ticket office for events presented by Paul Robins Promotions at THE NORTHCOURT LIVE. Official tickets for Paul Robins Promotions events are available directly through Paul Robins Promotions.

Where our website provides a link to an event presented by another promoter, this will be clearly identified and the third-party ticket seller's own terms and conditions will apply.

Ticket Sales

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or returned unless:

• The event is cancelled.

• The event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date.

• There is a significant change to the event after your purchase.

A significant change is defined as a change of venue, a substantial change to the advertised start time, or a change to the headline act.

Ages 14–18

The Northcourt LIVE is an adult live music environment and strong language may be used during performances.

Ages 14–18 are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.

If a person aged 14–18 is found unsupervised at the venue, the entire party may be asked to leave. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, Paul Robins Promotions will refund the face value of your ticket.

Where possible, we will contact customers using the contact details provided at the time of booking. However, customers are responsible for checking the status of an event before travelling, as we cannot guarantee that every change or cancellation can be communicated directly.

Refunds will normally begin to be processed up to three days after the original advertised event date.

Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled or moved to another venue, your existing ticket may remain valid for the revised event. If you are unable to attend the new date or venue, the face value of your ticket will be refunded.

Paul Robins Promotions is an independent live music promoter, and every ticket purchased for a Paul Robins Promotions event helps us continue bringing outstanding tribute bands and live entertainment to THE NORTHCOURT LIVE.

For that reason, we are unable to offer complimentary tickets, "buy now, pay later" arrangements or tickets on credit.
